The Garden of Eden, from secretive to rebellious there is no lack of adjectives to describe the wild but attractive nature of this island, famous of its fierce warriors and resistance to change. The two islands that compose it, Huahine Nui in the north and Huahine Iti in the south are separated by a narrow channel, the mountainous island of gentle contours, offers magnificent indented bays and beautiful white sandy beaches. ![]()
The Woman Island
Both islands lie dormant on a bed of coral lulled by the rhythm of the waves. Huahine also known as the Woman Island overflows with a savage allure that makes her exceptionally attractive. She has mirror like lagoons that reflect the phosphorescent coral formations that lay scattered in their silent approach.
