The airport is located on the motu of Totegegie, which is 30 minutes by sea-shuttle to Rikitea. There is one flight from Tahiti a week, the journey is five hours. Local boat are at the airport at every flight to meet guests. The price is approximately around 500 CFP.

Getting around the island

Local people such as Chez Benoit & Bianca and Chez Pierre & Mariette arrange island tours 2500 CFP to 3000 CFP per person. Chez Benoit & Bianca rent bicycles for 1000 CFP per day. Chez Pierre & Mariette are the only rental company in the island. The price is around 5000 CFP a day. Chez Jojo is organising fishing trips.
