By Air

Rututu and Tubuai both have an airport; Air Tahiti operates three flights a week in the low season and nearly every day in the high season.

By Boat

The only boat to the Australs is the Tuhaa Pae II

Getting around

Ruaru Rent-A-Car and Rurutu Rent-A-Car are the only rental companies in the island. Cars and Bicycles can be also rented by guest houses

In Tubuai, Bernard Le Guilloux and Tino Tahiata also offer a rental service.
