The airport in Bora Bora is located on a beautiful motu, Air Tahiti has a catamaran called Bora Bora Navette, which does the 15 min transfer to Vaitape; however, a number of the motu'based resorts will arrange your transfer in their own private motor boat taxi. Flying time from Papeete and/or Moorea to Bora Bora is approx. 45 minutes You can also fly to Bora Bora from Huahine and Raiatea. In Bora Bora, there is only one Taxi company "Isnard Taxi," but most of the resorts will provide you all the transportation that you need. Buses are also available on the island.
